Anxiety is more than just feeling stressed or worried, induces uncomfortable physical sensations and a myriad of emotional states – panic, dread, fear, terror, depression, and sadness. While stressed and anxious feelings can be a normal response to a situation when we feel under pressure, and can be used positively for our benefit, they usually pass once the stressful situation has ended, or the ‘stressor’ is removed. Telling someone, “stop feeling anxious” or “don’t worry about it,” is not helpful or conducive because the anxious person is usually stuck in a cycle of obsessive, irrational or automatic thinking, strong and uncomfortable physical sensations, and a very real fear of the future.
For over 20 years’ now, I have worked with thousands of clients who have experienced anxiety, stress, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), and panic attacks. I found that some people can also be highly sensitive to their environment and the situations they find themselves in. Over the years, some of my clients have created unhealthy coping mechanisms to deal with their stress and anxiety: isolation, smoking, gambling, alcohol and substance abuse, or avoidance of situations, which only masks symptoms and can even exacerbate the issue. Left untreated the anxiety often worsens over time.
Anxiety does not need to be controlled or managed. I believe, from having worked with thousands of clients in private setting, that anxiety can be completely eliminated from your life. It does not have to be something you have to live with and suffer from. I will teach you the framework I show others on how you can do this without resorting to medication. Of course, if you are taking medication, please know that you can still completely participate and gain benefit from this program and I do not recommend you stop taking your medication – at all times please consult with your doctor.
In this 3-hour immersion we will address and release the stressors which contribute to anxiety and you will learn how to re-wire your anxious brain in order to feel calmer, trusting, confident, and more able to enjoy your life.

CREATING AN ATMOSPHERE OF SAFETY
I understand attending an online program with others may feel scary or daunting for some. For that reason, I want you to know you are able to attend anonymously without worrying about your privacy, confidentiality, or having to speak or show your face. When you register you will be provided with a Zoom meeting ID to attend the Immersion online. When it is time to join, simply enter an alias user name and ensure your camera and microphone is switched off. You can still listen, participate and even ask questions via the chat facility in Zoom (the program I use). However, if this still causes you concern, I will make the entire 3-hour immersion replay available to you via email within 1-2 business days after the event has ended. That way you can still watch and follow along from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
