Want to know how to overcome insomnia and sleep more soundly at night?
Insomnia can be hard to deal with. The more we try to go to sleep, the more sleep eludes us. Why do some people find it so hard to go to sleep at night? They toss and turn, unable to find that elusive sleepy feeling, only to fall asleep just before your alarm jolts them awake! Maybe this is you? Or maybe you have no trouble falling asleep, but wake up at 3 a.m. and I mean wide awake. You just know it will be impossible to go back to sleep, so you get up and drag yourself through the day.
Sleep is an elusive state. The more we desire it, the further we push it away. Sometimes we even dread bedtime, because we’ve convinced ourselves we’ll never be able to sleep anyway.
So how on earth can we get the sleep we need?
It may help to recognize that the quality of sleep you get is more important than the quantity. So stop worrying about needing 8 hours of sleep. Some people actually need less. Sleep and stress are very closely related. Unless there’s some physical reason to prevent you from sleeping, such as pain, or a noisy restless partner, chances are you’re unable to sleep because of some stress you’re experiencing, or something you’re worried about.
This is why FasterEFT works so well on overcoming insomnia. Tapping is great for reducing stress also. So follow along with me as I take you through a tapping sequence designed to cure insomnia once and for all. If you have suffered with insomnia for a long time, then it may be chronic insomnia. If this is the case, you may need to tap along with this video for several nights, until you find relief.
