How to Make Difficult Conversations Easier

Today’s video is about how to have difficult conversations and how Faster EFT tapping and Havening can be used to make the process much easier; in order to help you communicate your message effectively.

It’s quite common to get worked up inside when needing to have difficult conversations with other people; be it a friend, family member, colleague, boss, teacher or partner. You could be fearful that your words aren’t going to be received well, or that in speaking up you end up hurting or offending someone. Maybe the idea of being assertive makes you vulnerable or fearful of being rejected in some way. You could be hesitant because the person you need to talk to has a position of authority and you may be judged in some way. Lastly, if the difficult conversation is with a family member or partner, you could be apprehensive because of the conflict it might cause.

These types of difficult conversations don’t have to be stressful or uncomfortable. You can deliver your message or be assertive, without defaulting to anxiety or aggression. If you approach a difficult conversation calmly and confidently, you may be very surprised at how smooth and successful the process is. You’re better able to listen and contribute, without the internal emotional angst. In fact, you may find the other party is open and accepting of what you have to say, as there is no need for defensiveness or hostility. In this video, you will prepare yourself to have difficult conversations, but in a peaceful manner.

I find Faster EFT tapping and Havening are fantastic, fast-acting tools to use for immediate improvements. I use tapping throughout my day, every day, to feel good and for my emotional hygiene. Faster EFT is exactly that – a faster, effective version of traditional EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or tapping.
